The founder
An MBA in Marketing. A diploma in Communication and Journalism. Then twenty years selling ad space for India's biggest newspapers, learning every desk, every deadline, and exactly what makes an editor say yes.
In November 2011, Sham Pawar started Shreya Ventures with a simple conviction: most agencies sell creative; very few actually understand placement, negotiation, and what makes a print ad pay back the same month.
Fourteen years on, he still personally touches every campaign that leaves the office. That is not a marketing line, it is the operating model.
